Nigeria’s U-20 Women’s National Team, the Falconets, have resumed camping in Abuja ahead of their FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifying fixture against Senegal.

The team opened camp on Saturday, January 4, at the Westpoint Hotel, with 17 players currently in residence. Additional invited players are expected to arrive in the coming days to complete the roster.

Head Coach Moses Aduku confirmed that preparations are on course, with ongoing assessments and structured training sessions focusing on team cohesion, tactical organisation and physical conditioning.

Nigeria will host the first leg of the third-round qualifying fixture at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Ibadan, on Saturday, February 7, with the return leg scheduled for Saturday, February 14 in Dakar, Senegal.

This year’s FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup finals will be hosted by Poland.
