Anambra SWAN commiserates with Gov. soludo over his father's death

The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) Anambra state chapter has commiserated with Gov. Chukwuma Soludo over the death of his father, Pa Simeon Nwankwo Soludo.

Pa Soludo died on Monday at the age of 92.

 A statement signed by Chimezie Anaso and Ikenna Nwokedi, Chairman and secretary respectively of the association urged the governor to accept its heartfelt condolence.

"We, the members of the above named body, wishes to condole with you over the loss of your father, Late Pa Simeon Nwankwo Soludo who departed to the great beyond at the age of 92 years.

"The demise of Pa Simeon is no doubt a great loss to the Soludo dynasty and the state at large. We are saddened by this development but we urge you to take solace to the fact that Papa lived a fulfilled life.

"SWAN Anambra sympathizes with you at this trying times and we pray for the repose of the soul of your father," it added.
