The Nigeria second-tier league is set to resume after the first round ended due to the 2018 FIFA World Cup, reports Footballlive.ng.
The second round of the Nigeria National League (NNL) will start at all the league centres on Friday, September 12 as the clubs seek to make it to the Nigeria elite division.
During the break, clubs were given the break to allow them to restrategise for the second round which includes signing of new players and among others.
The NNL is made up of 48 clubs who are put into four groups and at the end of the season.
Top two teams in each group qualify for the play offs in which four of them make it to the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
