Ancelotti eyes Arsenal job

By Daily Sports on March 29, 2018

Former Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is waiting for another job in the Premier League, according to reports.

The former Bayern Munich boss has been out of work since being sacked by the Bavarians after a 3-0 Champions League defeat to Paris Saint-Germain last year.

It seemed as though he would not be sat at home twiddling his thumbs for long, with the Italian FA reportedly keen on making the ex-AC Milan boss their new manager.

However, according to Corriere dello Sport, the 58-year-old is waiting for an offer from Premier League sides Arsenal or Chelsea.

The futures of both Arsene Wenger and Antonio Conte are both unclear at their respective clubs.

Wenger’s tenure as Arsenal boss is the most unstable it has ever been in 22 years after a series of poor results this season, while Conte is dissatisfied with the amount of control he has at the club with regards to transfers.

Ancelotti was Blues boss between 2009 and 2011, winning the Double in his first season. (talkSPORT)
