Chelsea have sold Ike Ugbo to Genk.
The 22-year-old has signed a four-year contract with the Belgian club, who reportedly paid £3m for his signature.
The Blues could also recoup another £2-3m worth of add-ons.
It has also been reported that Chelsea have inserted a 20 per cent sell-on clause in the deal.
Marseille had also been interested in signing the Blues academy product.
