Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has hit out at the vanity of rival managers.
Wenger admits the “image” of football identities is something he isn’t interested in him.
He told Bein Sport: “If a win in the Europa League would be a good ending? Honestly, no. I do not focus on the image.
“I focus on the values that I think are important in giving my best to the club. I may be naive enough to believe that with time, perspective and emotional context, my work will be highlighted.
“I’m a little fed up with the modern idea of controlling your image. I’ve always worked with ideals all my life, it’s more important to know who we are than what you look like.
“So, I’m not too worried about that.”
