Henry bestowed with ‘igwe of football’

Former Arsenal and France international striker Thierry Henry was on Sunday crowned with the ‘Igwe of football’ title in Lagos.

Henry was in Lagos for a consumer promotion programme organised by Guinness.

As part of his schedule, the Arsenal legend meet with fans and winners of the Guiness organised promotion and later watched the West Brom v Manchester United EPL game at Landmark Event Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Henry also participated in the cooking of Jollof rice.
