Awka City Stadium Hosts Rangers Against Heartland Federation Cup Clash

Awka City Stadium, Anambra state

will host the star match of round 32 fixtures of the 2025 President Federation cup between Rangers International of Enugu and Heartland of Owerri on April 2.

According to the fixtures released by Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), other round of 32 fixtures for Men include: El-Kanemi Warriors (Borno) Vs Enyimba FC (Abia) slated to be played at Bwari Abuja, Abakaliki FC of Ebonyi Vs Katsina United (Katsina) at Area 3 Abuja and Nasarawa United Vs Ijele FC of Enugu at Anyigba in Kogi State. 

The clash between Bayelsa United and FC Basira of Nasarawa also take place same day in Kaduna.

Wikki Tourist of Bauchi Vs Rovers FC of Cross River will take place at Lafia Township Stadium in Nasarawa, while Ikorodu City of Lagos and Crown FC of Oyo will be played at Ijebu-Ode Township Stadium in Ogun state. 

Beyond Limit of Ogun Vs Rivers United (Rivers) will be played in Benin City, while Mighty Jets Feeders of Plateau Vs Akwa United of Akwa Ibom will be played at Anyigba. Inter Lagos (Lagos) vs Jr. Danburan of Katsina will take place at Anyigba on April 3, while Lobi Stars of Benue Vs Solution FC of Anambra will take place at the Enyimba Stadium Aba.

The fixtures also shows that Warri Wolves (Delta) are already through to the next round following Shooting Stars’ disqualification. Shooting Stars was expelled from the competition after listing ineligible players for what was to be their Round of 64 encounter against Zamfara United.

Meanwhile, Kwara United (Kwara) vs Gombe United (Gombe) will take place at Lafia Township Stadium by 1Pm on April 2. Sunshine Stars of Ondo vs Plateau United will be placed at Anyigba Stadium in Kogi by 4Pm on April 2, while Osun United (Osun) vs E-World FC of Cross River will be played at the Awka City Stadium on April 2 by 1pm. Bendel Insurance (Edo) vs Adamawa United (Adamawa) – Lafia will be played on April 2 at 4pm
