Barcelona have included Nigerian strikers Victor Osimhen and Victor Boniface on their list of candidates to replace Robert Lewandowski.
Lewandowski, 35, scored 23 times in the league last season but has been tipped to be phased out as Barca look for a suitable heir to the No.9 shirt.
Other players shortlisted by Diario Sport to replace Lewandowski are Anthony Martial, Artem Dovbyk, Mehdi Taremi, Moise Kean, Evan Ferguson, Santiago Giménez, Serhou Guirassy, Ollie Watkins and Jonathan David.
Osimhen is thought to be a premium option available to the LaLiga champions but they must first free up the funds to satisfy Napoli’s valuation of £120m.
The 24-year-old has forged a reputation as one of Europe’s most exciting strikers after scoring 26 goals in 32 league games last season as Napoli secured their first Serie A title since 1990.
That fine form — which has continued into this season with six goals from 10 games.
Boniface, 22, who has scored 10 times this term could also be available for €40m following his impressive start to his debut season in the Bundesliga. The 22-year-old has scored seven Bundesliga goals with three assists in nine games this season so far this term. Of these nine games, the Nigeria international has won eight.
