Dakada will play host to Remo Stars in one of the week four matches of the NPFL on Sunday afternoon and it’s a game to really look forward to. Newly promoted Remo Stars are currently on top of the Nigerian top flight and would hope to continue to occupy the summit when they visit a Dakada side that have already lost two matches this season.
However, those losses for Dakada have come away from their Godswill Akpabio stadium and they will be looking for home comfort to see Off a talented Remo side.
Speaking about the game, Remo Stars coach Gbenga Ogunbote said on Saturday that his team will fight for a positive result.
“I know Dakada are not a pushover. They’ve been in the league before us but I’m sure we must have learnt one or two lessons from our last game not to be wasteful. We will try as much as we can to take our chances. Taking the chances mean we can go home with a positive result.”
