The Nigeria Cricket Federation has restated its commitment to moving the nation from the World Cricket League division five to division four.
Addressing a news conference in Abuja on Monday ahead of the team’s departure for the World Cricket League division five, the President of the Federation, Mr Emeka Onyeama, said the federation had put everything in place to ensure Nigeria’s qualification for the more prestigious division four.
He also announced the resumption of construction work at the new World Standard Cricket Oval at the package B of the National Stadium in Abuja which was initially halted due to a change in government.
