Chelsea have made contact with former PSG and Borussia Dortmund coach Thomas Tuchel.
Tuchel, who was sacked by PSG last month, is the early bookies' favourite to replace manager Frank Lampard if Chelsea lose patience with the club legend.
Former Premier League striker Jan-Aage Fjortfoft says the club have held preliminary talks with Tuchel about the possibility of becoming the next manager.
The Bundesliga pundit wrote on social media: “Agents and Chelsea – representatives have been talking about bringing Tuchel in.
“I understand no decision has been made in terms of Lampard yet, but if he goes Tuchel is seen as the best replacement In the middle of the season.” (Tribal Football)
