A Brazilian football star, Lucas Ribiero Alves, has arrived Nigeria ahead of a possible transfer to Kwara United FC.
Daily Sports learnt that that he is already in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, for transfer negotiations.
The Ilorin-based side in their continued efforts to prepare adequately for the next season have made several signings of quality players in their quest to excel in the country’s premier league and possibly grab a continental ticket.
Lucas had previously played for top flight teams in the United States, Greece and Brazil.
A free kick specialist and good passer of the ball, Lucas has scored over 32 career goals with 62 assists in the last two seasons.
