Nigeria international Victor Osimhen has confirmed that he is aware of interest from Italian Serie A giants AC Milan.
The 20-year-old striker, who is currently on loan at Belgian club Sporting Charleroi from German outfit Wolfsburg, has had a good season.
Osimhen has hit the back of the net 16 times in 32 matches across all competitions, and he has been linked with AC Milan and French side Lille.
“I don’t want to force anything, but I would like to be clear before the end of the season,” Osimhen said to La Capitale.
“Mehdi Bayat told me that there is a lot of interest and AC Milan’s interest flatters me.
“At the end of the season we will see what the best choice is. Money is not important, but the plan of the club is important. I want to grow as a player first.”
Osimhen is most likely to be included in the Super Eagles squad for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations. (African Football)
