Pogba’s agent denies quarrel with Mourinho

By Daily Sports on March 3, 2018

Paul Pogba ’s agent Mino Raiola has poured cold water to speculation that the midfielder could be set to leave Manchester United in the summer.

The midfielder has been having a deep in form in recent weeks and found himself on the bench for United’s clashes with Huddersfield and Sevilla.

There were reports of a rift growing between Pogba and Jose Mourinho and the pair held a private meeting at the club’s Carrington training base in mid-February.

The UK Mirror reports that the topics of Pogba’s form and best position were discussed amid rumours that Real Madrid are lining up a bid for the £89million star at the end of the 2017/18 campaign.

Asked about Pogba’s links with Madrid, Raiola told Rai Sport : ‘I don’t take anyone anywhere, I’m not a taxi or a plane.

‘Of course, if things weren’t going well then I’d be ready to do my job, which is to find other solutions for the club and the player.

‘There’s no war with Mourinho though, Paul wants to win with Manchester United.’
