Zaki aims to end goal drought against El-Kanemi

By Daily Sports on February 9, 2018

Rangers International new signing, Godwin Zaki wants the Coal City club fans to expect a resounding win against El-Kanemi Warriors, coached by their former manager, Imama Amapakabo.

It is a Matchday 8 fixture and Zaki called for patience from the fans against the backdrop of his inability to open his goals’ account in the colours of the Flying Antelopes after seven rounds of games.

“I must confess that I am not satisfied with my lack of goals this season but I have to say that this weekend, there shall be a turnaround for the best as I hope to open my goals account for the season,” said the lanky forward.

Known for his intense play, Zaki sought to explain away his firing of blanks, saying: “I think I know what is wrong with my game. It has been challenging for me since the start of the season but I trust my God to open my account against El-Kanemi if fielded by my coaches.”
