Hassan eyes title with Kano Pillars

By Daily Sports on December 30, 2017

Adamu Hassan has told npfl.ng that he agreed to return to four-time Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) champions Kano Pillars as he has "unfinished business" with the club.

Hassan explained that his "unfinished business" with 'Sai Masu Gida' is to help the club win the league title in the coming season.

"I am very happy to return to Kano," Hassan began in an interview with npfl.ng.

"This time I am back in Kano to win the league and I know that is the ambition of the club for the coming season. We have the right players and also experienced ones who have played at the big stage and can help us win trophies including the league as well.

"So my return is to make sure that I achieve my unfinished business of winning trophies."

Hassan is confident that he can reproduce same form of last season in which he scored 12 goals for the Solid Miners including two of the goals coming against Kano Pillars over the two meetings.

"I know I can do same, scoring goals and helping the team win games, if I am given the chance to play," he said.
