Henry Onyekuru has again stated that Premier League club Everton will be the ones to decide where he will play by January.
The Nigeria international is on a season-long loan to Belgian champions Anderlecht and he has already told the media he could be back to the Premier League sooner than expected.
No official announcement either by Everton or Anderlecht has been made over his recall, though.
“I follow what I am told. Where that leads to in the New Year, I do not know myself either,” he said.
“Whether Everton contractually has the option to get me back in the winter? Everything is possible. I’m their property. They decide.
“The most important thing is here and now. I like it and everything is going well. What happens in winter, we will see.”
He has scored seven goals in more than a dozen appearances for Anderlecht thus far.
