Iheanacho set for Leicester medical Friday

By Daily Sports on July 27, 2017

Kelechi Iheanacho is due to undergo a routine medical as early as Friday before signing a four-year contract with Premier League club Leicester City, officials said.

The vice-chairman of Leicester City Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha told BBC Leicester Radio: “A fee has been agreed, only the medical to go, and it could be as early as Friday.”

The 20-year-old Nigeria international does not have a future at Manchester City following the arrival of manager Pep Guardiola, but he could now become the most expensive Nigeria star ever as his switch to ‘The Foxes’ could be worth 25 million pounds.

Guardiola said Iheanacho needs to move to continue to develop. (SCORENigeria)
