Kano Pillars predict good outcome against Katsina United

By Daily Sports on July 19, 2017

Kano Pillars midfielder Rabiu Ali says his side is aiming for a good outcome in their clash against Katsina United today.

Having defeated Enugu Rangers 2-0 at the Sani Abacha Stadium with strikes from Jamiu Alimi and James Lokosa, Ibrahim Musa's men will trip to Katsina to face the Chanji Boys.

And the Sai Masu Gida man has hailed his mates, fans, and management for the home victory and goal of the week award, stressing that they will disappoint in their remaining games.

"Whatever I have achieved in his career was a result of the collective efforts of his playing mates and the total support of the fans," Ali told media.

"I'm happy with the progress of the team and the support from the management and efforts of the coaches. Our victory against Enugu Rangers was a good sign of good things to come for us."

We hope to keep working together as a team to get better results in our remaining games this season. Against Katsina, I am expecting nothing short of victory and we all want a good outcome,” he noted.

Kano Pillars are 10th in the league standings with 41 points from 28 games so far.
