Oduamadi rejects Saudi mega bucks deal offer, seeks refuge in Europe

By Daily Sports on June 20, 2017

AC Milan's Nigerian winger Nnamdi Oduamadi has rejected a lucrative offer from Saudi Arabian top division side, Al Ahli.

Al Ahli have offered a fee in the region of $3m for Oduamadi services who is in the final year on his contract with Milan,  but the 25 year old is not keen on a move to Saudi Arabia.

Oduamadi admitted that he was poised for a move away from the San Siro this summer and further hinted that he will join a top flight team in Europe in a bid to earn a recall to the Nigerian national team.

"My agent has been receiving offers but I'm not sure a move to Saudi Arabia sounds interesting now," he told Completesportnigeria.com.

"There are some teams in Europe who have shown interest, but everything has to be official."

The former Flying Eagles and U23 star has played for Torino, Varese, Crotone, Brescia, Latina and HJK Helsinki on loan from AC Milan since joining the club in 2008.
