Nigerian striker Ifedayo Omosuiyi has said he is delighted to score on his debut for Felda United.
The former Al Hidd of Bahrain goal poacher, who joined Felda United Wednesday scored on his debut in a friendly match they beat Terengganu 2-1.
“I am very happy and grateful to God for the goal in my first game for Felda United,” Omosuiyi said.
“Scoring just three minutes into the game in front of the fans who all came to see their new players in action means a lot to me.
“It is a sign of great things to happen.”
He scored in the third minute to give his new club a 1-0 lead.
The game is to prepare the team for the second round of the league, which resumes on July 1.
