By Daily Sports on May 19, 2017

Nigeria international Kelechi Iheanacho may well remain in the Premier League come next season as more clubs including West Ham United have joined in the race to sign him from Manchester City.

West Ham manager Slaven Bilic has put an emphasis on bringing in proven Premier League players into the team this summer and Iheanacho falls into this category.

The London Evening Standard reported ‘The Hammers’ are preparing a move for the Nigeria striker.

The 20-year-old striker burst on to the scene for City last season, but despite not getting regular playing time this season the youngster scored 14 goals with five assists in just 1200 minutes of football.

Everton and Southampton have also been linked with the £20m-rated striker.
