Resurgent Enugu Rangers continued their unbeaten run as they chalked up a 3-2 win over Wikki Tourists in a rescheduled Nigeria Professional Football League encounter on Wednesday.
Goals from Bobby Clement, Ifeanyi George and Ousmane Pape were all the Flying Antelopes needed to seal maximum points in the tense and nervy encounter at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium.
Rangers appeared the more dangerous side in a match between two evenly matched teams with Clement looking particularly threatening for the hosts.
With this result, the Enugu based outfit have now won back-to-back games for the first time this season.
The result keeps them off the base of the Nigeria topflight log with 19points from 16 games. The face 18th placed Sunshine Stars in another rescheduled encounter billed for the Akure Township Stadium on Sunday. (Goal.com)
