South African Premier Soccer League side Bidvest Wits have signed Nigerian winger Ejike Chrisantus Uzoenyi to a short term deal.
Uzoenyi, who recently parted company with another PSL side Mamelodi Sundowns, will join the Clever Boys until the end of the season with the option of an extension.
The 28-year-old spent three seasons with Sundowns after signing for them on the back of an impressive showing at the 2014 Africa Nations Championship (Chan) which was held in South Africa.
He found playing time hard to come by and spent most of his time at Sundowns on the sidelines as his stock plummeted.
The former Enugu Rangers player will hope to get back his form with the move to Bidvest Wits. He is the second signing of the transfer window for Wits. (© supersport.com)
