Coach Manu Garba is to lead a team of Nigeria U19s for an all-expenses-paid tourney in Korea later this year, officials have informed.
Officials and players are believed to have already submitted their international passports for the trip to South Korea.
The earlier arrangement was for the team to feature at an international tournament in Dubai.
Manu, who led Nigeria to win the 2013 FIFA U17 World Cup in Abu Dhabi, failed to qualify the Golden Eaglets for next year’s U17 AFCON in Madagascar.
He is expected to feature the bulk of the Eaglets Class of 2016 team for this invitational tourney. (mtnfootball.com)
