4 Teams Lock Horns For N10m Tiger 5-Aside Football Battle In Awka

A total of N10 million is up for grabs as the Tiger 5-Aside Football fiesta winds down in Awka, the capital of Anambra.

The New Berries Park Okpuna in Awka is venue for the decider matches scheduled to hold on Saturday, Oct. 25.

The winners will go home with the ultimate prize of N5 million cash and the second placed team will get N3 million while the two third place finalists will get N1 million each.

The two semi final matches will be between Sunday Sparks and Peace Warriors while Peace Dominion will play Peace Ambassadors.

The finalists emerged after the quarter final matches played at the COD Arena Awka last week

It promises to be thrilling with scintillating football skills, good music and delicious delicacies courtesy of Tiger Beer.

Ejiro Omonode of Masters Sports International, the Consultant to the tournament said competition was exclusively for grassroots and non league players.

Omonode said Tiger Beer is unleashing the immense potential and energy of the growing youth population from the age of 18 and above.
