Transfer: Egyptian club, Zamalek chase Enyimba’s Obioma

By Daily Sports Nigeria on June 20, 2023

Egyptian giants, Zamalek SC are planning a move for Enyimba forward, Emeka Obioma.

Obioma was a top scorer in the Nigeria Premier League last season with 16 goals.

Enyimba is, however, not willing to lose their star forward.

The Aba giants want to double the 24-year-old’s salary to make him turn down overtures from the Egyptian Premier League outfit.

Finidi George’s side will make a return to the continent next season after winning the NPL title for the ninth time.

The Peoples’ Elephant sees Obioma as a key part of the squad as they look to win a third CAF Champions League title.
