Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen, has set tongues wagging with his recent presence in Berlin, Germany’s vibrant capital.
Speculation is rife that the Nigerian forward might be on the radar of Bundesliga powerhouse, Bayern Munich, adding fuel to the ongoing transfer rumours surrounding him.
Osimhen’s exceptional performance in Serie A this season has garnered attention from several top clubs, including Bayern. The 24-year-old’s impressive tally of 23 goals in 30 league matches played a pivotal role in Napoli’s triumphant Scudetto campaign.
However, it is not only the German giants, who have shown interest in the Nigerian star, with English Premier League heavyweights, Manchester United and the heavy-spending Chelsea also reportedly keen on acquiring his services, among others.
While the purpose of Osimhen’s visit to Berlin remains undisclosed, it has sparked a wave of speculation regarding a potential move to the Allianz Arena. Details surrounding the alleged transfer are yet to emerge but Napoli is expected to set a hefty price tag of around €150 million should they consider parting ways with their prized striker.
