Osimhen’s shirts, masks sold out in record time

It’s a merchandising boom for Napoli, the newly crowned Serie A champions, as Il Napolista reports that the Parthenopeans’ celebratory shirt and the shirts presented at Maradona, the “ Face Game “, with the faces of Osimhen, Kvara and Di Lorenzo have all been sold out in record time.

Napoli finally ended their long wait to win Serie A, with Osimhen joining late club icon Diego Maradona in the history books after being crowned Italian champion.  A 1-1 draw at Udinese on Thursday gave Napoli the point they needed to end 33 years of waiting, leading to wild celebrations among the thousands of fans in Udine, at the Stadio Maradona in Naples and all around southern Italy’s biggest city.

Supporters streamed onto the pitch at the Dacia Arena to celebrate after a season dominated by Luciano Spalletti’s side and according to Il Napolista they have continued with the celebration by purchasing the club’s official celebratory T-shirt, as well as the unofficial yet highly popular “Face Game” shirts featuring the likenesses of Osimhen.

More supporters still want Osimhen’s jerseys and materials, including his face masks, but they are reportedly no longer available even on the renowned e-commerce site Amazon.

“And then there’s merchandising. Official and unofficial. Everyone wants to take home something blue,” the website wrote.

“Official retailers have been stormed, the celebratory T-shirt is sold out and even those who want to buy it on Amazon will have to wait until the end of May or in some cases June to receive it. The shirts presented during the Maradona party, the ‘Face Game’, are enjoying some success, so much so that those of Osimhen, Kvaratskhelia and Di Lorenzo are currently sold out.”
