Allnigeriasoccer.com has been told that Watford striker Emmanuel Dennis is being offered to several mid-table Premier League clubs ahead of the opening of the summer transfer window.
The Hornets are aiming to trim their wage bill following their demotion to the Championship and have put the Nigeria international up for sale.
In addition, Dennis is not a popular figure at Watford these days and without going into details the fact that he was overlooked for the club’s Player of the Season award says it all.
London duo Crystal Palace and Brentford are mulling over a move for the former Club Brugge man and are expected to make a transfer decision in the coming weeks.
Dennis was exceptional in the first half of the Premier League season, registering eight goals but the goals dried up in the second half of the campaign, with only two strikes from seventeen appearances in 2022.
He did not figure for Watford in their last two Premier League games due to a knee injury he sustained against Crystal Palace.
The 24-year-old has approximately four years left on his contract with Watford.
