Rangers FC As Best-Organised Club In Nigeria — Maikaba

Coach Abdu Maikaba , unveiled on Thursday as the new technical adviser of Rangers International FC of Enugu, has described the club as the best-organised in Nigeria.

Speaking at the club’s corporate headquarter. in Enugu, Maikaba

Appreciating his new job Makaiba said: “having served many top clubs in the country, I must say that Rangers FC is the best-organised club in Nigeria.

“I have been a secret admirer of this club even from my youthful days. My support and following of Rangers FC is unprecedented,” he said.

“I am a coach who always sets target in all the teams I have coached and here in Rangers, my target will not change.

“My target remain to annex all trophies in all competitions we are going to partake in with the support of the management and the state government,” he said.

Earlier, Rangers FC General Manager, Davison Owumi, reiterated the club management’s support to the coach in achieving his set goals for the season.

“Let me officially welcome you again to Enugu as we unveil you to resume your duties as Rangers FC technical adviser.

“We assure you that all you need to succeed and to take us to the glory land will be made available at all time,” Owumi said.

In his remarks, Manfred Nzekwe, the Enugu State Commissioner for Youths and Sports, described Maikaba as the best in the country.

Nzekwe urged him to use his wealth of experience to take Rangers FC to the expected heights both in the country and the continent. (NAN)
