Real Madrid Wait As Mbappe Set To Demand PSG Transfer

By Daily sports on August 17, 2021

Kylian Mbappe is reportedly set to make a transfer request to PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi.

As Real Madrid watch on, El Chiringuito reports Mbappe will push Al-Khelaifi to open negotiations with the Spanish giants regarding his sale this month.

The striker has less than a year to run on his current deal and refused to consider all attempts by Al-Khelaifi to open new contract talks.

Gazzetta dello Sport, meanwhile, says Mbappe could made a public statement today explaining his intentions to leave.

Further convincing Mbappe to leave were the whistles he received from home fans during the team’s presentation at the Parc des Princes this weekend.

The striker still managed two assists in victory over Strasbourg, but the reaction from the stadium has only steeled his plans to quit for Real Madrid. (Tribal Football)
