Manchester United have ended their pursuit of Kieran Trippier ahead of the new Premier League season.
The Red Devils will face Leeds United at Old Trafford on Saturday to kick off the 2021/22 campaign.
They have already signed Tom Heaton, Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane this summer.
Atletico Madrid right-back Trippier has been a target all summer.
However, the Mirrorsays Ole Gunnar Solskjaer no longer wants to sign the England ace.
Solskjaer feels Diogo Dalot, who spent last season at AC Milan, has impressed enough in preseason to secure a spot in his squad.
