Tammy Abraham Eager To Join Arsenal

By Daily sports on August 3, 2021

Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham is eager to join Arsenal this summer.

The Sun says Chelsea were believed to be seeking a £40million fee for the England international, but they are now prepared to slash their asking price to £30m.

Abraham showed Mikel Arteta his abilities on Sunday as he scored the winner at the Emirates in a pre-season clash.

As well as Arsenal, the likes of the Hammers, Tottenham and Aston Villa have all been credited with an interest in the ex-Bristol City loanee.

But it is Arsenal who are claimed to be leading the race to prise Abraham away from West London, according to a reputable West Ham insider.

He has stated that Abraham is now unwilling to ply his trade at the London Stadium, with the player having his heart set on a move to join his boyhood club.

Speaking on The West Ham Way Patreon site, he said: “The move for Tammy Abraham doesn’t appear to be happening at the moment.

“The player doesn’t really want to join the club.

“I think he has his eyes set on Arsenal regardless of whether we meet his wages demands, wages demands that have also been described as excessive.” (Tribal Football)
