Liverpool Among Several Clubs Interested in Kessie

By Daily sports on July 25, 2021

Liverpool are reportedly among a comprehensive list of clubs keen on Franck Kessie.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Reds are considering a move for the AC Milan midfielder who only has 11 months left on his contract at the Italian club.

Despite Milan’s confidence that they will be able to keep hold of the Ivorian, a string of eye-catching performances at the Olympic Games in Tokyo could only increase the demand for his signature.

Kessie scored the winner for the Elephants in a 2-1 victory over Saudi Arabia this week and will be eager to help his country to back-to-back wins when the African nation takes on Brazil in Japan on Sunday.

The 24-year-old played a key role in Milan finishing third in Serie A last season. In total he scored 14 goals in 50 appearances across all competitions. (African Football)
