Tottenham are ready to make an offer for Sevilla defender Jules Kounde.
La Colina De Nervion reports Spurs are set to bid £50m for Kounde, but Sevilla will hold out for closer to £70m.
The France defender is also interesting Arsenal, Manchester United and Barcelona.
Kounde stated last month before the Euros that he was keen on playing regular Champions League football. (Tribal Football)
