INSIDER: Barcelona Desperate To Find Buyer For Dembele

By Daily sports on July 1, 2021

Barcelona are desperate to find a buyer for Ousmane Dembele this summer.

Dembele faces a four month layoff after undergoing surgery due to a knee injury suffered at Euro 2020 with France.

Despite this, Barca are desperate to sell – so says Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda, when speaking on El Chiringuito.

“Barcelona wants to sell a player to whom they have offered the renewal but who has been injured and they want to get him out anyway because there are five forwards if (Lionel) Messi stays,” declared Inda.

“They want to put Dembélé on the market. He cost 105 million (euros) plus 40 in variables and they would be willing to sell him for 40 million.

“He is not going to play at Barcelona. He looked good, but he has a bad approach. Ahead is (Memphis) Depay, (Antoine) Griezmann, Messi, Ansu Fati and Kun Agüero.” (Tribal Football)
