Porto midfielder Sérgio Oliveira is interesting Tottenham.
O Jogo says Tottenham are in contact with Porto for Oliveira and willing to offer €20m to sign him.
Spurs are in talks with Porto, despite not having a manager in place.
Juventus and Jose Mourinho’s Roma are also keen. Oliveira renewed his contract with Porto at the end of last year.
But at 29, the Portugal international knows this could be his last chance to play in a bigger competition.
