Juventus coach Andrea Pirlo insists no action will be taken against Cristiano Ronaldo after he threw his shirt to the ground following victory over Genoa on Sunday.
There’s been reports Ronaldo had planned to give his shirt to a ball-boy.
“It’s normal he wanted to score a goal, especially when the game was getting complicated, as he is a champion and always wants to make his mark,” the coach told Sky Sport Italia.
Pirlo added the club won't fine the striker for his reaction.
“I don’t think so. He was upset as it happens to other players too. The game was over and it’s normal he was nervous. I don’t think the club or the coach will fine him.” (Tribal Football)
