Chelsea have proposed a swap deal with Inter Milan for Christian Eriksen, reports have claimed.
The Dane has struggled to make an impact at Inter since joining from Spurs last January, and would not be against moving back to England.
According to Calciomercatoweb, Chelsea have offered Jorginho in exchange for Eriksen.
Antonio Conte is a huge fan of Jorginho's and would like him to move to San Siro.
Talks between the two clubs are only at the preliminary stage. (Tribal Football)
