Chelsea Boss Lampard Wary Pushing Pulisic Too Soon

By Daily sports on December 11, 2020

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is unsure if Christian Pulisic will be fit for their meeting with Everton.

Lampard was asked for an injury update at today’s pre-match presser.

“We’re the same as we were in midweek. Hakem Ziyech and Callum Hudson-Odoi we know are out for a couple of weeks,” said the Chelsea boss.

“Christian Pulisic had a tiny bit of awareness on his hamstring but he is training normally.”

Moments later Lampard adds about the American: “I don’t want to call this an injury in midweek, if it was a different type of game I would have used him. I have to find the way to get the best out of him consistently.” (Tribal Football)
