Juventus are prepared to use Cristiano Ronaldo in their bid for PSG star Kylian Mbappe.
Mbappe, after refusing to consider new contract talks, is expected to be sold by PSG at the end of this season.
Liverpool and Real Madrid are regarded as favourites for his signature, but Tuttosport says Juve are also keen and believe in Ronaldo they boast a trump card.
Juve’s board believe it will take €400m to sign Mbappe – including fee and wages – and will aim to drive down that figure by including Ronaldo in a part-swap.
The Portuguese is a favourite of PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi and if he was to remain Europe, the French giants would be one of the few clubs Ronaldo would consider leaving Juve for.
Like Mbappe, Ronaldo has a deal to 2022, so giving Juve the ability to use him in negotiations for the Frenchman. (Tribal Football)
