Barcelona management are angry with Ousmane Dembele for turning down Manchester United yesterday.
Barca were ready to sell the France attacker to United before last night's deadline, but were left disappointed after Dembele refused to leave.
AS says in addition to a lack of sporting ambition (being the seventh striker in coach Ronald Koeman’s plans has mattered little to him), at Barça it is especially frustrating that the footballer has ignored a request from the club after “having endured three years of tardiness, lack of discipline and, especially, very serious injuries.
“Despite that, he has religiously collected his wages and has had the best medical specialists at his service without ever using them.”
Barca were planning to sign Lyon striker Memphis Depay, but were only going to push through a deal if Dembele was sold. (Tribal Football)
