Barcelona Move For Liverpool Midfielder Wijnaldum ‘Beginning To Take Shape’

By Daily sports on September 2, 2020

Barcelona's move for Liverpool midfielder Gini Wijnaldum is 'beginning to take shape', according to reports.

The 29-year-old has only one year remaining on his Liverpool contract and there has been no talks over an extension.

Ronald Koeman recently left his role at the Netherlands to join Barca and has made Wijnaldum a 'priority' signing.

And Spanish publication Sport (via Sport Witness) says a possible transfer for the Dutchman is 'beginning to take shape'.

Barca are expecting to pay €25m for Wijnaldum to join them this summer.

And his exit could pave the way for Liverpool's move for Bayern Munich midfielder Thiago Alcantara. (Tribal Football)
