AC Milan are confident closing a deal for Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko.
Milan are set to strike a deal for Bakayoko, according to Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The Blues held positive talks with Milan on Saturday and Bakayoko now looks set to seal a loan move until 2021.
The transfer will include an option to buy with Bakayoko keen on a return to Milan.
Personal terms have been agreed between the player and the Serie A club. (Tribal Football)
