Egypt international Sabry Rahil will miss Tuesday’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Nigeria in Alexandria.
The Al Ahly defender failed to complete Monday’s training with the Pharaohs on Monday afternoon after complaining of dizziness, as the Pharaoh’s medics confirmed he has a sinus infection.
Rahil played no part in the first leg in Kaduna as coach Hector Cuper benched him for Zamalek’s Hamada Tolba.
A win for Nigeria at the Borg El Arab Stadium will boost their chances of qualifying for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations billed for Gabon.
Egypt top Group G with four points, two clear of Samson Siasia’s men who sit in second place with two points.
