Vemard Africa FC will host scouts from Atletico Madrid of Spain and AS Monaco of France from today, Thursday, February 2, 2020, as it holds a six-day Scouting Programme in its Anambra State base in Eastern Nigeria.
The tournament tagged Nanka Super 10 will feature four lower league sides and six football academies.
Participating teams include Vemard Africa FC 1&2, Right2Win Academy, Udala FC, Aspire FC, World FA, Rangels FA, Ozalla FC, Dynamics SC and Dosad FA.
The draw for the tournament was made on Tuesday at Supreme Icon Hotel Nanka.
Host team Vemard Africa FC (1) and AIFL champion Udala FC were separated from each other as they were seeded in groups A and B and grouped alongside other four teams in each group.
Each day of the competition holding at Neros Sports Stadium Nanka will witness four matches and kick-off is at 10:00 a.m. daily. Vemard FC (1) vs Dynamic in Group A will kickoff events on the first day, while the second match will be between Rangels FA and Ozalla at 12 noon. Udala FC will take on Vemard Africa FC (2) at 2pm in the first match of Group B, before Dosad battle World FA in the last match of the day.
