It is no longer news that the former member of the Nigeria Football Association (NFA), Prince Isidore Oguejiofor Oduah, has joined his ancestors after spending almost 80 years on planet earth.

However, the news is that the family has released the time table for his burial. According information the family made available through his daughter, Mrs. Gigi Ola (Nee Princess Gigi Oduah), there will be a Service of Songs for the late Prince Oduah at his Lagos residence at Kenneth Minimah Estate, Ikeja, tomorrow, Thursday, October 24, 2019.

According to Princess Gigi Oduah, the final burial of the immediate past Vice Chairman of the Anambra State Football Association will take place at his country home, Ochuche, in Ogbaru Local Government Area of Anambra State, on Friday, November 22, 2019.

Prince Oduah died in a private hospital on Sunday, August 24 in Lagos after a brief illness. He was a veteran sports administrator par excellence whose foot print in the administration of Nigeria football cannot be wished away.

He was a strong voice in Nigerian football even when his peers had gone silent on the issues of Nigerian Football, but due to his passion for the game and the patriotism he couldn’t keep quite when things were going wrong.

Prince Oduah was so passionate about Enugu Rangers and Nigerian football that on a number of occasions, he sacrificed his personal resources to ensure that things did not go wrong at the national team and at Enugu Rangers.
