No Experiment Against Brazil — Rohr

By Daily Sports on September 24, 2019

Super Eagles Coach Gernot Rohr has revealed that he will field his best players against Brazil on October 13 during the international friendly match in Singapore.

The German tactician assured during a recent interview that he won’t experiment or try new players against the South Americans

“I am glad that we have all the Super Eagles regulars back in training and playing for their respective clubs, so I have to play my best players against Brazil.

“It’s a good test game and we shall give it our best shot ahead of our AFCON qualifiers against Benin Republic and Lesotho.

“Brazil have invited their best players to tackle us and we cannot afford to toy with our list of players,” Rohr stated.

Brazil coach Dunga has announced a 23-man squad to face the Super Eagles in Singapore headed by Neymar, Gabriel Jesus and Coutinho

“I have submitted the list of players I think will give a good game to the South Americans.

NFF should release them list soon,” Rohr said.

Nigeria played out a 2-2 draw against Ukraine in the last friendly match in Kiev.

Nigeria lost to Brazil 3-0 the last time both teams met at the National Stadium Abuja.
